Anetta Paver, MBA, Executive Director
Anetta first arrived in Austin in 2002 to attend the University of Texas, where she obtained a degree in Business Marketing and French. Though she loved the University, she didn’t venture beyond the Forty Acres until 2005, when she fell in love with city by running Lady Bird Lake.
In 2008, she moved to Glendale, Arizona to obtain her MBA from The Thunderbird School of Global Management, then went to work for McKesson. Shortly after returning to Austin in 2014, she had three beautiful children, Max, Sarah and Sam. Her desire to give her young children unforgettable moments inspired the founding of Enchantment in 2017.
Known for her positive outlook, Anetta is able to find the most talented and hardest working Austinites and put them to work in the pursuit of making Austin the best place to live, work and visit.
Megan Ford, Director of Operations
Megan is a devoted and hardworking leader who brings passion, precision, and a relentless drive for excellence to our team. As Director of Operations, she ensures every process runs smoothly while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Outside the office, Megan’s love for animals shines—especially through her two beloved dogs who are often the stars of her stories. A self-proclaimed foodie, she’s always eager to try new restaurants and cuisines.
Family is at the heart of everything Megan does, and she cherishes her role as a doting aunt to her niece, Harper. One of her biggest dreams is to take a month-long trip through Ireland, England, and Scotland, immersing herself in the history, landscapes, and local flavors of each destination. Whether she’s leading our team, exploring new places, or spending quality time with loved ones, Megan’s dedication and zest for life make her an incredible leader and an even more inspiring person.
Andelyn Irons, Plantscape Manager
Andelyn brings warmth and nurturing energy to our team, caring for our office plants with the same love and attention she would give her own children. A woman of deep faith, she finds joy in worshiping Jesus and embracing life with gratitude. Her vibrant spirit shines through her love of yellow—her favorite color—and her passion for shopping and music festivals, where she loves discovering new trends and artists.
At home, Andelyn’s loyal companion is Max, her spirited German Shepherd/Husky mix who keeps her on her toes. Whether she’s tending to greenery, enjoying retail therapy, or dancing at a festival, Andelyn’s cheerful presence and nurturing heart make her a cherished member of our team. We’re so grateful to have her brightening our workspace—both literally and figuratively!

Sophie, Plant Technician
Originally from Michigan, Sophie followed her love of plants all the way to Austin in 2019, drawn by the opportunity to work with greenery year-round. With over a decade of hands-on experience cultivating and caring for green spaces, she has a deep appreciation for native plants and the vital role they play in supporting both community and planet. As a Plant Technician at Enchantment, Sophie brings intention, her joyful energy, and sustainability to every space she touches, celebrating plants in their most natural, beautiful form.
Outside of work, she channels her creativity through music, often writing her own songs or learning new ones on the acoustic guitar.
Teresa, Plant Technician
Born and raised in Austin (a true unicorn!), Teresa has called Round Rock home for the past 40 years. She’s an avid outdoors enthusiast and a passionate sports fan, cheering loudest for her beloved Texas Longhorns – “Hook ’em!” never sounded so spirited. Whether she’s soaking up the sunshine or watching the big game, Teresa’s love for her roots and lively energy shine through in everything she does.
When she’s not enjoying the great outdoors or supporting her favorite teams, Teresa cherishes quiet moments crocheting and creating handmade treasures. But her greatest joy comes from time spent with her family – two grown children and four amazing grandchildren who light up her world. With her warm heart, deep Texas pride, and gift for bringing people together, Teresa is more than a colleague… she’s family.

A true Austinite through and through, Pablo knows the city’s hidden gems like the back of his hand. When he’s not crafting precision work in the shop, you’ll find him kicking a hacky sack at Zilker Park, cruising the trails on his bike, or sharing his love for the city by taking his granddaughter on exploratory walks. And when the sun goes down? Pablo’s out soaking up Austin’s vibrant nightlife, proving he’s got the energy (and the stories) to rival anyone half his age.
With deep roots in the community and a passion for keeping Austin weird, Pablo brings equal parts skill, charisma, and local flair to our team. Whether he’s fabricating, family-ing, or finding the next great hole-in-the-wall taco spot, he does it all with an infectious zest for life. Hook ’em, hacky sack, and happy hours – that’s the Pablo way!
