Package Includes
Austin Wedding Package Planning Services:
- Venue research & booking
- Budget preparation, allocation, & recommendation
- Vendor research, meetings, coordination, contracting, primary point-of-contact (caterer, baker, photographer, etc)
- Up to 12 meetings to create timeline, review & finalize set up and planning details
- On-going communication via email or text throughout entire process
- Invitations: research, creation, and addressing/mailing as desired by client
- Preparation and management of all itineraries, timelines, and schedules
- Assistance with Party Favors creation and purchase as desired by client
- Up to 1 hour of on-site coordination for rehearsal
- Unlimited hours of on-site coordination on wedding day:
- Full coordination of setup, event and, breakdown
- Point of contact for all vendors on event day
- Responsible for client’s belongings
- COVID-19 Precautions (as needed) – Carry extra masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, ensure vendors follow CDC recommended guidelines
- Ensure all gifts, leftover food, decor items, etc are turned over to the designated person at the end of the night
